and is ready for USFDA certification.
Design Philosophy: Flexible and Robust
The facility area covers approximately 15,000 sq meters.
It is designed to manufacture uncoated, sugar-coated, film-coated tablets, effervescent tablets, and capsules.
Batch sizes can range from 5 kg to 1000 kg.
Can provide solvent and aqueous granulation in fluid bed processors or RMGs.
Packaging options include blister packaging (ALU/ALU and ALU/PVC) including child-resistant packs, and bulk packaging in various sizes of bottles and types of caps.
Pilot plant is available for formulation development and supplying clinical trial materials.
Flame-proof areas are provided for solvent coating and granulation.
Equipments include Courtoy tabletting machines and Kraemer bulk filling machines.
Blister pack machines are equipped with online colour camera detection system, barcode and pharma code readers.
Bar coding, integrated with SAP, controls and streamlines supply chain.

Semi-Solid Facility
The semi-solid unit has been in operation since 2001. It manufactures products used for anti-fungal/anti-bacterial (including female health products), antibiotics, muscle-relaxant, and sting-rash applications. The unit also produces eye ointments, which are terminally sterilized.
Liquids Unit
The liquid manufacturing unit consists of two facilities, which have been in operation since
1985 and 1996. The unit has benefited from continuous investments in process improvements and expansions. Together, the two facilities manufacture 100 million bottles of liquid orals
every year.
