Subhash Bagaria is a Commerce and OPM (Harvard Business School) graduate with over 30 years business experience. He began his career managing a tea machinery manufacturing & exporting business in Assam, India. Over the last 20 years, he has managed India's leading formulations contract manufacturing company, Kemwell Pvt. Ltd. He is also the joint venture partner for Millipore Corporation, USA, and has run Millipore (India) Pvt. Ltd. for the last 20 years. |

In addition to building these companies, Subhash also invests in life science start-ups that are on the cutting edge of technology in the US and India, such as ReaMetrix Inc., Pluromed and Hemogenomics Pvt. Ltd. He sits on the board of several other companies including Waters India and Classic Floorings. Subhash also manages two Charity Foundations through which scholarships are provided to deserving students and medical help is provided to needy people. The Trust has set up a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore, India and also a Tibetan Medical Center in Bangalore, India, in association with His Holiness The Dalai Lama's Tibetan Medical Center located at Dharamsala in North India. |

S.K. Raman is the Chief Operating Officer of Kemwell. Raman is a qualified Chartered Accountant with close to 30 years of experience of which the last 10 years has been in Operations Management. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, formalizing collaboration/franchise agreements with transnational companies and supply chain management. At Kemwell, his role involves developing a Strategic Road Map for the organization and driving initiatives to achieve these objectives. |

Anurag Bagaria is the Vice-President of Kemwell. He joined Kemwell in 2004 as a second-generation entrepreneur to lead its transformation from a domestic player to a global one. Anurag led a cross-functional team to setup a USFDA and EMEA compliant oral solids facility in Bangalore for supply to the regulated markets. He was the lead negotiator for the acquisition of Pfizer's manufacturing assets in Uppsala, Sweden, along with a long-term supply agreement. Anurag has completed his Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and his MBA from Kellogg in the US. |

S.R. Chandak is the Finance Director of Kemwell. He has been with Kemwell for over 20 years and has a wide experience in finance, accounts, taxation, company law, legal, MIS and active participation in joint ventures. He has completed his B.Com, LLB from Calcutta University and a Diploma in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore. |

G.N. Prashanth is the Vice President QA, QC and Regulatory Affairs at Kemwell. He holds a postgraduate degree in pharmacy and has extensive experience in the quality and regulatory departments. He is experienced in the implementation of quality management systems, handling of international audits, validation of new facilities, setting up of QC laboratories and submissions of dossiers to various regulatory bodies. |

Ashok Hegde is the Vice President Operations at Kemwell. He is a graduate in Pharmaceutical sciences and has 14 years of experience in different fields of the pharmaceutical industry. During his 14 years tenure, he has handled manufacturing, technology transfers, process developments, validations and new pharmaceutical projects as per international regulatory guidelines. Ashok has hands-on experience in handling major regulatory inspections such as USFDA, MHRA, TGA and EMEA successfully. |

M.C Nanaiah is the Sr. General Manger Systems and Processes at Kemwell. He holds a diploma in Computer Science and joined Kemwell in 1987 with many years of experience in the IT field. Nanaiah has successfully implemented the total IT set-up for the Kemwell group of companies, including multiple ERPs like Wipro B.S.S, customized ERP systems, BPCS, J.D Edwards and SAP. |
